Rob's career in small gym management began in the 1980s. He then worked at the Indianapolis Athletic Club as a personal coach before the term personal training was invented. Fitness by Design, located on Meridian Street, was founded in 1989. Rob changed his approach to High-Intensity Strength Training Protocol, a 30-minute workout that targets all critical groups and causes muscle fatigue.
