One star bc I had to in order to post. The secretary Kathy told me I needed a Prior Authorization for services. This after going to their office over a year. Insurance was verified a year ago before my visits. It was not the case then or now. My insurance didn't change. So bc of this I didn't see Dr Hull for many months bc I knew she was wrong. And I know as a Nurse that PAs are for MRIs and surgery. So I did not schedule for months bc this was so inaccurate and unprofessional of his staff person Kathy. By back issue exacerbated bc of not going to see Dr Hull for many months Recently I'm getting constant emails to go back to them to schedule. I called yesterday to schedule. Lindsay another office person answers. She sd the dr wants to talk to you. He will call you back after his new patent. I wait all day for his call. He called me back at 7pm last night saying it would be best if i saw someone else bc I didn't believe Kathy about me needing a PA. He told me my insurance company was lying to me and that all insurance companies lie to us saying what we want to hear. In the beginning Dr Hull saw me 4 days a week. It was costing me $450 a month. I was not working and money was tight. I told him this then he said oh you don't need to see me so often. You can see your own Dr. So when your money runs low they lose interest. This is not an office I would recommend. Highly unprofessional.
