Indy Legal Aid turns 80 in 2021. Indy Legal Aid's mission has not changed for the past 80 years. We remain dedicated to offering legal consultation, education, and advice on housing, guardianship, adoption, and other areas of law. Our founding mission guides us as we provide legal help to the most vulnerable people - the elderly, those with physical or mental disabilities, children and their caregivers, low-income individuals, and others who may not otherwise qualify for legal help in Central Indiana.

The review collection revealed that clients had frequent favorable experiences with the business. Individuals stated that the site was easy to navigate and provided coverage on a wide range of legal issues. They also touched on the many ways the firm had helped them to satisfy their needs. They noted that the advisors were supportive, caring, and empathetic and the service was patient and understanding. It was also reported that the attorneys were decent, professional, and able to deliver thoughtful, informed advice. Some customers were not happy with the long telephone waiting times they had to wait at the front desk. People shared the struggles they faced and how the advisors alleviated them while being non-judgmental and stress-free. This was an excellent opportunity to highlight the business and show how their values are applied. Everyone can use the facility and get benefits, and a majority of services are not charged. The majority of comments were encouraged and informed that the business is a professional and reliable source of services. Clients felt respected by the services, which made them happy.
