John Fowler Plumbing

DO NOT RECOMMEND! We had used John Fowler many times in the past, however, I will NEVER use them again. We had a different plumber work on our bathroom plumbing, but he got to a point that he did not have the expertise to complete the job correctly. So, we contacted John Fowler specifically to do what the other plumber could not do. We paid $2500 in addition to what we had already paid our last plumber-and this was ok with us because Chase assured us they could get the job done how we wanted it done…… Sadly, we believed him. However, they completely failed us and did NOT do the job as we had agreed upon. He charged our credit card even though we called to explain very nicely that the job was not done as we had agreed on. We asked if he could come back out to complete it as we had discussed. Chase simply refused to come back out to correct it! He only agreed to change out a drain, which was only a very small part of the problem as the entire job was done wrong. We were shocked! In addition, he showed his true colors and was extremely rude and condescending. He was more concerned about his time and his money than he was about practicing integrity, behaving ethically and keeping a very loyal customer. I have spent years referring people to John Fowler, now I will tell everyone to RUN AWAY -they are unethical and the owner, Chase, is rude and unprofessional! They do not stand behind their work. BEWARE of JOHN FOWLER! If they do not do the job right, they will not come back out to correct it, but will TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN the first chance they get.
