About McKinney Auto Service & Transmission McKinney Auto Service & Transmission has been providing quality auto care in Indianapolis since 1969. R&R Auto bought McKinney Transmission in 2009. We combined the two companies to form a fully-service auto shop. We have been known as R&R Auto & McKinney Transmission for many years. Recently, we changed our name from McKinney Auto and Transmission. This change reflects the fact that we’re more than just a transmission shop. We can help with anything from transmissions to brake work to preventive maintenance. Our Owner The owner and operator of McKinney Auto Service & Transmission is a dedicated former member of the United States Navy. He brings that same dedication and passion to every car that comes into his shop. He and his certified technicians are ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certified. Our technicians can handle any major or minor repair on domestic and foreign vehicles. NAPA AutoCare Centre McKinney Auto Service & Transmission is a certified NAPA AutoCare Centre.
