A majority of People identify that the they are greeted with clear and clearly a reception team when they come to the clinic. It is noted that the hospital is well arranged, clean and welcoming. The feel-good factor that comes with such an environment is crucial when one is emotionally drained. The wait times are short hence satisfaction is achieved. There are Vets find it frustrating. MAs are responsible for writing notes, meaning patients and families have to repeat their stories, multiple times to different staff. Some say that they never improve, they are frequently wrong or are not updated, and MAs write down incorrect information. A lot of the Vets don't really care about the pets or their families, as the same complaints are made every time, but they don't change. A lot of the Vets are chastised for dismissing the opinions of owners on what may be wrong with their pets. In all these cases, I found these Vets to be friendly. i observed the other day as 5-star comments keep coming in from satisfied pet parents, I couldn’t believe that I was the only one in trouble.
