MAs are responsible for writing notes, meaning patients and families have to repeat their stories, multiple times to different staff. Some say that they never improve, they are frequently wrong or are not updated, and MAs write down incorrect information. A lot of the Vets don't really care about the pets or their families, as the same complaints are made every time, but they don't change. A lot of the Vets are chastised for dismissing the opinions of owners on what may be wrong with their pets. In all these cases, I found these Vets to be friendly. i observed the other day as 5-star comments keep coming in from satisfied pet parents, I couldn’t believe that I was the only one in trouble.
