Most patients have a very positive view of the Same Day Dental Service. Some of them, like the first, discussed how they experienced immediate relief and obtained instantaneous dental aid in a time of extreme need and anxiety. Patients were stressed and sometimes afraid of dental procedures. The second patient, for example, hadn't seen a dentist in over ten years due to anxiety and all of the new stuff he'd heard regarding patients being injured. In this clinic, there was no need to remain in pain while attempting to locate a dentist who was open because they had a broken tooth. Many commended their dentist's knack for making them unworried during dental procedures. Some noted that the office staff and dental hygienists were cordial and went out of their ways to keep the person at ease and ensure that the procedure was pleasant. This together with comments about the dentist's professionalism showed that they were creating a very caring and professional atmosphere when performing dental operations. Diverse, the following can be said about the office staff. That all patients encounter a welcoming professional staff that makes them feel appreciated and heard is an important feeling brought about by these kinds of interactions. All in all, patients were significantly pleased by the dental services offered at the Same Day Dentist. Hedonism and investment in new education tools were extremely discomforting.

Waited a month as a new patient for appointment. Took off work to take my daughter and they cancelled the appointment when I showed up. Staff is very rude. I do not recommend
