I ordered a window decal for my business, and it was crooked in multiple spots, distorting the lines, despite following the application instructions. When I reached out, there was no consideration that it could have been an issue in their production-they placed the blame on us. There was no accountability or empathy shown from Chad. Because of this experience, I will not be ordering again or recommending. 6. Chad was able to help me with an order under a very short timeline. High quality and efficient! 7.
