I have been tanning with this place for years now and have a package with them monthly the almost tripled my monthly fee this month with out warning or offering to let me cancel or change to something more reasonable and affordable.when I call the store to see if it was a mistake the girl said no we changed our prices and we emailed our customers which is false I never received an email a phone call or is even told about this during my visits and they don't want to fix it. The girl said I had to have known about it which is ridiculous she then left my number for the owner but said she can't promise that they will call. Wow. I would not recommend this place they can't be trusted if they are going to steel ur money and can't even return a phone call to a long time loyal customer
