They are responsive and diligent which was evident when they performed a quick repair and kept me informed; they had come over in the past and helped me out at weekends during emergencies. They have high standards and show results at scheduled installations. Eric, Turk’s employee, fixed my broken furnace and another issue subsequently, showed his experience, too, was skillful yet straightforward and honest about the necessary repairs, which could have been costly but did not pressure me to get them. The techs do perfect work and help owners by lending them additional units and resolving issues. They are excellent and I suggest them to anyone who needs air conditioning or furnace help.
