Scott McClelland Initial impressions were good as Mr. McClelland seemed like a good guy but the project went downhill quickly due to extremely poor execution. It was apparent after the first couple of documents that he did not read through the instructions, as he left out key parts and put in a couple of things that should not have been included at all, despite these facts being made clear at the beginning. He also provided two firm dates in writing for having draft documents ready, but he continued failing to meet the deadlines. Furthermore, he indicated that he did not want to finish the project. This becomes a total loss of faith in the company and representation. We have had Scott for many years as our attorney, but this act meant that we do not trust him anymore. 2. Mr. Lowry Mr Lowry could not help me as I live in a different city, but he made several calls to help me find an attorney who could. I greatly appreciate his help. 7. Mcclelland did more harm than good, and put me in many bad spots along the way due to his lack of concern for me or my case. I wouldn’t suggest anyone retain this firm unless your prepared for almost zero communication, and even worse results than you would get if you would represent yourself. And god forbid you ask what you are being billed for, that to them is offensive in some way. Beware of this arrogant, sneaky firm. They do not care about you in the slightest. 12.
