Customer Testimonials:
Mr. Hassler was friendly, listened to what we had to say, and seemed very personal.
He was very personable and nice. After that, the office has a lot of communication issues internally.
The free consult we came for was fine, but we had some issues with it. We have many concerns about confidentiality, and the office has breached ours.
First, they were able to decide whether to proceed with a court case or not; Mr. Hassler decided the front desk could charge a bill for a free consultation. This bill was not only approved by Mr. Hassler, but the staff, which had no client information except for name, contact number, and case information, was allowed to send this bill to the one person we didn't want to know about the case. I addressed this breach of confidentiality to the office, and they sent an email apologizing for the same. I cannot trust a business that makes such a mistake. They lost my business forever. Confidentiality is the most important part of their job, and since they couldn't accomplish that, I have to retaliate.
2. Ms. Miller was appointed as the Guardian ad Litem (GAL) in my custody case in Putnam County in 2024. Based on personal and professional experience, Ms. Miller failed to fulfill her duties as outlined by Indiana’s GAL guidelines. She missed key witnesses, medical, and school records, as well as my documented concerns.
Further, communications were sparse, and I wasn't given the chance to respond before her report was filed with the court. Her lack of comprehensive research and, in my opinion, bias led to an erroneous and incomplete report that held significant repercussions for my child and me. I can't suggest Ms. Miller for a GAL appointment based on this experience.

6. Taryn D. took care of all of my needs and the staff was friendly!! I highly recommend them to take care of your needs
7. I spoke to the front desk two days ago. She claimed someone would get back to me. I’m still waiting.
8. The lady on the phone was overly rude, talked over me, talked down to me and didn't let me finish what I'd said and then told me to go argue with her boss for 400 an hour. 10/10 the worst experience with a law office I've ever had an I'm a divorced male.
Also, I understand she was outright nasty because I made the mistake of saying I was referred by A.T Ryan who works in the nonprofit sector. So I was typecast as someone 'too poor' to afford their services. Hence why she'd say such heinous things and look down on me for '400 an hour'.
