Customer Reviews: 1. Quality service, all questions answered2. They don't ask. The secretaries say you have to wait to hear from them. The assistants ignore our calls from my parents. Years leaving paperwork waiting for 2 months with no answers, always "we're looking at your case, but all they do is charge you and you're left waiting, and all of a sudden on the final date, it's rushed and you have to be everywhere at the last minute to get there. They get snotty if you point out that they didn't do their job correctly you are paying them for that and "clash" with you for pointing out their wrong doing. Are all like this? Since the other cities have better ratings and reviews than this place. I recommend you not to come and waste your time and money16. They don't ask.
