I hired him to sue the company that insures my house but only wasted my time for 6 months then told me to sue the company; he could charge me $15,000 without any guarantee to win a penny. Beware of these people. 5. Don't ever use this attorney; he is not qualified. There are already many cases against him due to his incompetence. He will get you into trouble. The man who caused the accident, Kenny L, ran a stop sign. He might have had a heart attack since I crashed him in my lorry, and he died. I was accused of vehicular homicide and faced a sentence of close to 20 years. My former boss, who hired Terry J. Malone, paid me after 14 days. I was discharged from jail... 8. In return the first day he was able to speak to me and explain his thoughts and plans. However the next day he had given me a very different perspective of him. He yelled at me. I tried to change the tone but he didn’t want to hear me. And Esq. Terry Malone has been given the same behavior to others that are supporting my son. Not a professional option for attorney.
