Shaina was amazing! This was my first facial and she walked me through the entire process. She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. She has magic hands!! Highly recommend her services. I had a hydrafacial with Shaina and it was wonderful! Shaina explained everything she was doing and was very knowledgable! I’m excited to have another one with her! My review is long, so if you don’t read the whole thing, here’s what you absolutely need to know: Shaina is an incredible Medical Aesthetician. She is highly skilled, caring, & extremely detail-oriented. She explains everything clearly, checks in on comfort, & genuinely follows up after services. Treatments I received: VI Precision Plus Chemical Peel + Dermaplane. I really saw great results & a reduction in my acne after just one peel. KMC MedSpa’s membership program is a true value (rare in the industry) & has perks for nearly all the services on their menu. Now for the long version! I found KMC MedSpa’s Park Place location through the SkinBetter website when I was desperately searching for somewhere in the city that sold their Clearing Serum in-store. I called & was thrilled to learn they carried it! Even though they were closing in 20 minutes, the sweet receptionist told me it was no problem & that she’d have it ready for me when I arrived. When I walked in, I immediately felt welcomed, & the environment was very polished. The receptionist was extremely friendly & didn’t rush me at all as I looked at more of the SB products. When I was checking out, I noticed their monthly membership offer & actually couldn’t believe what a great deal it was. A lot of spas try to offer memberships, but they rarely end up being the money-saving deals they claim to be. What KMC MedSpa offers is completely different. I had zero hesitation signing up & haven’t regretted it once! The perks are fantastic, & the membership truly encompasses almost all the services they offer. I’ve received a VI Precision Plus chemical peel & dermaplane from their Medical Aesthetician, Shaina, & wow. As someone who is a licensed aesthetician myself & has received more treatments than I can count, it’s sometimes hard for me to turn my brain off during services. I usually find myself wondering if the provider is doing things the way I would. But I NEVER had a single thought like that while I was on Shaina’s table! She was absolutely amazing & did a fantastic job. Not only was she incredibly sweet & attentive during my service, but she also took the time to explain what she was doing & involve me in the treatment. Furthermore, I$update = lol; during the aftercare for the peel, she was extremely receptive to all my questions and took great care to explain every detail as it related to my skincare maintenance. It was comforting knowing that she genuinely cares about her patients and wants the absolute best for them. My skin has never looked this good! The receptionist who greeted me was kind and knowledgeable about the products and services and shared information regarding the products I’d selected. The office area was well-kept and welcoming, and the environment was serene. The receptionist went above and beyond to be sure I got all of the information needed for future appointments, insurance details and the timing of my next appointment. The whole experience was amazing! She really cares about helping you solve your skin problems! She offered me advice to help me keep my skin in great shape. I am planning to regularly visit her for more treatment. Moreover, the cleanliness and the scent of the facility contribute to improving the client’s experience even more. Shaina is highly skilled and experienced. She takes extra care of the clients and makes sure every little detail from the treatment is explained to the clients. She is very professional and makes clients feel at ease throughout the treatment. I will definitely recommend everyone to visit this medspa and get treatment from Shaina.
