Customer Observations: 1. Love shopping here but unsure after today. I mistakenly understood a Christmas necklace set was 75 percent off, but after the clerk had rang it up and given me the receipt, I saw it was $75. Unfortunately, I could not afford that and requested a refund on my debit card. One of the girls did offer but I was unsuccessful in receiving my refund because the system would not permit it, despite me not leaving the counter. I realize it was “store credit” policy but I thought there would be some mercy in this situation. Never left a negative review about anything but I hope no one else makes such errors.2. Always receive personal service and clothing advice here! Love the clothes.3. Bling Love!!
