I love forming relationships and building trust with clients. Book your appointment to start your learning and self-care journey. If you need to cancel your appointment, please let me know. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are considered late cancellations. You will be charged 25% of services booked. No-call-no-show appointments will be charged 50% of the services booked. Your card on file will be charged for cancellations and the fee for no-call or no-show. If your credit card declines, this will prohibit future bookings. Please note there is a 10-minute grace period for your booking. If you arrive after this period, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. Bikini is only available to clients 18 years and older. The suite is not set up for children. If an appointment is canceled by Katie due to illness, weather, or any other issues, it will be rescheduled as soon as possible. The services are non-refundable once purchased.
