Feedback Present: I almost left a one-star review when I came to leave this review since I was so frustrated after today. However, since I own a local business, I felt I had to be genuine and just. I had sent around 100 documents for printing. Since I have previously had orders misplaced, I called to confirm their receipt of all the documents. I received a response that they had emailed me. I checked my spam folder while on call and realized the message was sitting there with a requirement that all files to be PDFs. This was familiar to me because emails with questions or issues had previously gone to my spam, there was no follow-up call, and that caused delay and confusion. That is why I decided to call today. While on the call, I asked why Word documents could not be printed. I was on hold for around 20 minutes, and then Terry came. That is when I was told since there were too many documents, I would have to pay an hourly fee besides the normal per-page printing charge, even if there were no design work or other edits required. I was also told I could go to FedEx Office for them to print out my work and observe how they do it or ask them to explain it, which I would bring back the information to City Blue Print. This information had never occurred to me before. What did not add up to me is that there has never been a customer who has had their items printed, no design, or editing work, and they expected to pay more than a per-page printing cost and price. If I send one document, I pay, per page. If I send two or three documents, I pay per page. But at some point, whether it is 10 files, 20 files, or 100 files, it becomes an…
