They will befriend the opposing side and sell you out in the name of saving face. They are a reminder that northerners have no class. They will let you twist in the wind with no representation and charge you for the privilege. Run far away. 2. Darrell A. Cox is a native of Northern Kentucky. These are the kind of attorneys that make you feel relaxed and relieved no matter the trivia of life. Whenever representing or interacting, you will find them considerate and collaborative. They are scatter-brained and courteous in every communication you may have. Whether in person or via phone. They are attorneys who make time for you. This sort of efficiency can only be achieved through vexing amounts of professionalism. People's livelihoods are at stake, and they will handle your case with not only professionalism but with your best interests at heart. 3. They can't keep track of things. I've been to court 5 times not once have they shown up or filed the right paperwork. I sat in court and watched a very old man try and represent his client, he didn't know the case at all. He was reading things in the middle of the case to find out the case and the judge told him that it was too late to present new evidence. Case dismissed. The Cox's will take your money then they will do very little and not show up when you need them to. Run away as fast as you can. 4. Darrell/Cox destroyed my family. Their incompetence as attorneys caused our family to be torn apart. They failed to handle my possession charge correctly and my wife left me and took my daughter then they screwed up my divorce and lost me everything. Avoid this office at all cost. They don't care about you so don't care about them. 5. I lost 15k with them, I was told by the judge that I would not have to pay alimony and since he claims I made comments about my children (LIE) the judge ordered me to pay a lot of money. Now I have to work until I die. Immoral and disgusting people. Ghosted me after I paid their bills. Run!
