Very unprofessional and shows that they have read my text. My red flag! If this is how they act now, I do not need them as a landlord! 2. They take your entire deposit and claim you owe more money for other things after “using” your full deposit. When the majority is supposed to be normal wear and tear. They walk through with you and say it looks good then rip you off even if you have kids and a family. They are nasty heartless people that have no regards for family’s or people in general they only look for how they can get more money. Greed greed greed! If you work there and you call yourself a Christian or have a family I don’t how you look in the mirror it’s actually sickening what you do to people. 3. Absolutely LOVE this Duplex. Edit: You just violated privacy laws publishing full names. We deep cleaned the whole place before leaving. It was not dirty. And we patched the only holes which were on the stairs from bring a washer up all you had to do is paint. There were not holes in every room we didn't even put up blinds or curtains to make sure we didn't make holes.
