Charles R. Baesler Jr.

Charles R. Baesler Jr. has been an attorney at Stoll Keenon Ogden since 1994. A founding member of the Foreign Medical Graduate Task Force, Charles has been a guest on many media outlets. Charles serves as the Chair of Immigration Practice and represents clients in proceedings before the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the U.S. Department of Labor, as well as U.S. Consulates overseas. He works to secure employment authorizations for scientists, engineers, professors, and doctors. Charles has also served as a member and former chair of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and testified before legislative committees regarding proposed statutes and laws. Charles represents businesses based overseas, helping them obtain the investor status that allows them to transfer personnel to the U.S. market and move additional amounts of capital into the region. Charles routinely counsels employers on complying with federal laws that prohibit hiring undocumented employees.
