Other service centers told the customer the entire windshield needed to be replaced, along with recalibrating the car security features, but DJ and his tech observed the problem and discovered it was not the windshield. DJ went beyond and saved the customer $1000+. They were amazing. I'd highly suggest DJ for windshield and automotive tinting requirements. 2. Both my wife and I had our cars detailed by DJ's. The service was great, super friendly interactions, and the cars look better than when they came off the lot. Would highly recommend!3. We brought in a 2013 Ford Explorer that was in really poor condition. DJ and his crew reconditioned the vehicle to almost brand new quality in and outside in one day. The labored cleaning needed made the cost very affordable. My wife loved her car, and I did as well. Highest recommendation for timeliness, quality, attention to detail, and fairness of pricing.4. I am surprised by the amazing service I got today. DJ was super professional, extremely easy to communicate with, and quick. My interior looks new and perfect. I got a front window and windscreen tint along with the interior detailed. This was a catch-all space after a big life change, with my German shepherd leaving hair all over my seats. A repair at another shop caused the windows to stop working, but DJ went out of his way to check and fix it! My interior was so messy and disgusting. Stains, spills, and kidsnacks buried deep in the seats were so embarrassing I didn’t want DJ to see how bad it was. He made me feel so comfortable and was so warm and fully impressed me by bringing the car back to life. I was so shy about others entering my car, but now I am thrilled to show it off. I feel so confident, and the experience was so liberating that I almost shed tears. His team made me feel so judged, and he had performed the task that was beyond repair. He did an amazing job. Please hire him, and you will not experience any regrets. He didn't overcharge me. This will make me revist him anytime I need any service. I am still in disbelief at how good the result was. I thought it was impossible. Thank him and his crew for going amile further. Your service surpassed my expectations. You empowered a tired girl. Double win!
