It provides an exceptional customer experience. Even though the truck came with its share of problems, the renter went out of her way to make sure my friend and I had ourselves a smooth work. For Close of Business, the place was closed, and we did manage to return the truck; the renter made a decision not to charge us an extra day due to the reasons we gave her. This only added to the already exceptional service I had received from the mentioned company. Gloee was the worker I interacted with the most. Give him a raise! He is committed to delivering his best, and we are infinitely grateful for all the help he offered. Hopefully, this next weekend of moving goes,! 10/10 recommended!
