The monst incompetent estate lawyer in the state of Kentucky. Was paid to create a trust and execute trust at time of death. Allison Emmons forgot to include the taxes on personal belongings as a result 2 years after trust was activated we owe KENTUCKY IRS $14,000.00. Do yourself a favir go find a competent lawyer and maybe you won't owe money two years later due to an ignorant mistake made on her behalf. I also will file grievance with the bar association.
