Kurt Schmiederer created Petite Rouge when he couldn't find a decent coffee in Louisiana. Kurt Schmiederer is dedicated to solving the problem. By using only local components in the production of our particular beverages, he and his coworkers have created a friendly coffee shop for absolutely everyone regardless of your location. From our coffee beans to our milk, dairy, and sugar, we support local businesses. Petite Rouge also offers premium catering and coffee services, delivering to your location in a 1970 Citroen H van. Black coffee may seem unappealing, but it is not.
