They damaged my 85’ Samsung smart tv over a month ago, and they have been using every excuse in the book to avoid replacing it. They falsely advertise your personal property is insured, but they will not fulfill their responsibility when their negligent actions damage your property. 2. S and S Moving made our move as easy as it could be. The guys were on time, professional and efficient. I had a lot of large, heavy stuff, and they were able to move it out of my old place and into my new one quickly. We will be using them again in the near... 3. They were even better than I expected. They were fast and efficient, and the move only costed what I was quoted. They did a great job, and my family appreciates it. 4.Excellent service from! The crew was professional, fast, and very careful with all of my belongings. The service was excellent, and I'm so happy I hired someone else to do it. 5. S and S Moving turned around a potentially stressful situation fast by being extraordinarily professional and courteous. During the relocation, they took care of everything, so I was able to relax. The two guys came out to my house on the same day I called, Friday, and moved everything out the next day. They were very efficient, informative, friendly and thoughtful. The experience was very positive and the movers were highly skilled and pleasant to work with. 9. I hired S and S Moving for a commercial relocation, and they handled everything professionally. Everything was taken care of, even the things that weren't in the contract. 10. They showed up late and then disappeared for 2 hours during the job. They claimed they went to McDonald's, which made no sense. They were rude when I asked what took them so long. At that point, I wasn't comfortable revieing them any more, so I asked them to stop and just send me an invoice. The movers told me they would not be leaving soon. I felt very uncomfortable with the situation, especially since I was stuck with them, and I have never experienced such behavior from moving crews. They reeked of alcohol, and I felt threatened. I’m baffled by what happened and don't know what to think of these guys. This experience was a disaster from start to finish. 11. From the beginning to the end, S&S was highly professional. During setup, Kitty confirmed everything we talked about. The day before the move, the driver called to let me know they were on their way. They took care of all the moving... 12. S&S was really professional from the beginning to the end. Kitty handled the initial setup and sent me a recap of all we had discussed. The day of the move their driver called an hour before our appointment to give us a heads up reminder. They treated the furniture with kid gloves and were very kind and considerate. I give them a A+ 13. Best place to get moving done, quick and with efficiency. 14. They moved me yesterday. Thank you! 15. The movers were on time, took care of everything, and made moving easy. The process was painless, and the movers were fantastic. Would use them again!
