Customer Feedback Review: Janeanne Abbott has been very disappointing. We are a mental health clinic that provided a service to one of her clients at her (Janeanne) request and guarantee. She promised payment on the day of the service but later claimed that she “forgot the check at the office,” so we agreed she would bring it the following day. However, nothing has transpired since then. Notably, her (Janeanne) first agreement to make payment on the date of the service (October 2025) was changed to a request for an extension to November 2025. Since then, she has refused to reply to our emails, and none of her associates or staff at the law firm would reply. One associate said that she does not know Janeanne, yet they share an address, phone number, voicemail message, and professional photographs. It is indeed a strange occurrence, and it reflects poorly on the whole practice set up of The (*****) and Abbott Prescott Attorneys at Law.
