During the COVID-19 pandemic the gym improved its cleanliness and distancing from each of the gym stations to ensure a safe workout environment. Whether a novice or an experienced cross-fit athlete, both learn knew skills and techniques from the supportive community and coach. The staff is accommodating which makes the facility one of the most upgraded gyms in the region for a workout. The gym is located near the Boston area with easy to access parking.
