Ordered in July. Haven't received. Poor customer service.
Placed my order on 7/12/24 and have had no update on status. Have attempted to contact them twice with no response. Do not buy from these con artists
If I could give zero stars I would!! The place is a scam!! All they do is take your money and you never receive the product!! I placed my order 3months ago and it still hasn’t changed its order status!! Do NOT BUY FROM HERE!!
Complete scam!!! I ordered on 08/26/23 and it’s now 09/0723. Absolutely nothing from them. They are quick to take the money out of your account but then it just goes dark. No item received, no shipping information, no tracking number, no contact numbers. Then you have to add an app to track your purchase which also tries to sell you stuff. This app just says order received. I have sent two separate emails with absolutely no response from this “business”. This is theft! Do not purchase from this place. The last review is exactly what happened to me as well.
Do not order from this company I placed my order on May 9th 2023. I email them on May 15th because I hadn't got a tracking number asking for an update. Someone emailed me bac on May 25th someone emailed me bac on May 30th stating that there was a delay issue with merchant. On June 8th I asked dor a refund no reply emailed a gain on july 14 for my refund no reply. August 3 a omeone emailed stating my order was canceled and will be refunded. Today is August 18th still no refund.
