All heating and plumbing emergency services are 24 hours a day, seven days a week during the coverage period. Two plans are available: one for heating only and another for plumbing & heating. You can select one of the plans. Emergency service will be provided at regular labor rates, not emergency rates. This is a labor-saving of over 44%. 10% off materials/parts provided during an emergency visit. Priority scheduling for other emergencies is also available.
