One technician was unprofessional and cut up my sister's nail. My sister told her she was hurting her, but she kept rude and kept cutting. My sister asked her to put a clear gel coat. My sister told me this story and I told her I would call to complain. The technician that cut my sister’s nails was Phuongk Dinh (or that is what she said her name was). The second technician was unprofessional and rough. She ripped my nail off when she was removing the existing acrylics. I could feel how raw it was but she did not care, I told her a few times that she was hurting me but she could care less. She ripped it off and I asked her to put something on it. She ignored me completely and said by. I had to ask another lady working there to put some glue on it so that my entire nail bed wouldn't rip off. Worst place ever! I am so angry!
