The City of Boston Public Schools, acting by its Director of Facilities Management, invites sealed bids to be submitted in the manner, and in compliance with the terms, of a contract for the project, legally required to be accomplished through competitive bidding, entitled “On-call Tree Maintenance at Various Boston Public Schools.” Three (3) contracts will be awarded by the City to the most responsible and eligible bidders. All laws, including Massachusetts General Law, c.30 B, s.5, as amended, applicable to this project and in compliance with the terms of the contract documents, apply.
