Our 100-bed skilled nursing center is one of the few in downtown Boston and an intimate community that makes all of our patients feel like they belong. Our building has undergone extensive renovations and offers a warm and welcoming environment where we provide a variety of post-acute services to the community. With our intensive community outreach approaches and clinical programs monitored by leading area physicians, we are rapidly growing. This is the worse place to send a loved one...The staff don't give two shits about the patients...How these nurses ever got a license is mind bottling..No compassion for the patients...These patients are left attended for hour's, not one will come chain on you.My ex husband told us a whole night he rang the bell and no one ever came.Another time he hit the call button all night to where his hand was bruised,Noted at mass general,..The neglect and verbal abuse the patients go through is unreal.My ex husband is dead now because no one there was concerned enough to dial 911.RIP Larry L Mote....
