Our Concept Sweat Fixx is a boutique gym that specializes in full-body rowing that is high-intensity and low-impact. Our community shows up day in and day out to work hard and support one another. We set out to create a company that made everyone feel amazing and like a boss after every class. Our dream is to construct a place where the community grows and opportunities are endless. Class Description Be prepared to work harder than ever you thought possible. Sweat Fixx's rowing class is not like those in the past. High-intensity intervals of cardio will be performed on the Water Rowers. Low-impact strength movements will also be involved, on or off the rowers. All levels are welcome, and every class will have a special combination of strength and rowing unlike any other.
