I can guarantee any positive feedbacks for this company are FAKE. These are the most incompetent, unprofessional, and borderline criminal contractors I have ever worked with. The physical address on their site is NOT REAL. Their is essentially no way to pursue recourse unless you hire a detective to find out who they are and how to get them into court which in my case I had to do given the cost of the failed job. More so, they attempted to extort have of an energy rebate from me as terms for them to submit it!! Richard McDermott who is the supposed owner will lie to your face. The other owner Lou will pretend you have the wrong number. They destroyed my house in the process and left me with no heat. Also left a known freon leak with no care in the world.
These people are the absolute worst!!!
