Boston Dog Company Review: A long-time Wilmington location user, our dogs treated with affection by the staff, but the organization has apparently shown itself to be extremely unprofessional. Stay away from Boston Dog Company. Wilmington location closed abruptly on 0 days notice due to lease issues. Expected that staff were assured the location was staying open for a long time despite an unscheduled closure last week due to the same issues. Apparently found out today that they were out of a job, no advance notice. I was strongly recommended to avoid any of the Boston Dog Company locations if this is how they run their business. I do not want to get our dog used to coming to a daycare that could close at literally any time. Looking back, I investigated their 'awards' from US Pet Review, and found out that USPR appears to be nothing more than a blog that only gives awards to Boston Dog Company. I see no evidence to suggest that it is a real industry magazine, or that it has any objectivity. Once again, if you are searching for a dog daycare, I advise you to look somewhere else.
