Client Review: My two daughters are students at Mathnasium in Canton, and we are thrilled with the small student-to-teacher ratio. I can't say enough wonderful things about the teachers and Mr. Taimur. My girls love going to Mathnasium, and it has given them a lot more confidence in their math skills. So thank you Mathnasium!!! If you are looking for a tutoring center to help your children with grasping mathematical ideas, word problems at their grade level, or advance their learning if they are prepared, this place is exactly what you need. Renews Every 6 Months. 3. UPDATES 9/1/25 Still here and daughter is in 6th grade now thriving. She did a math assessment 2nd day of school and got 100%. Most kids do not have much retention during the summer but I believe I can attribute to keeping her in Mathnasium throughout the year. UPDATED 2/28/2024. I was planning to pull my daughter out of Mathnasium because she was receiving more assistance at her school and my daughter pleaded with me to remain attending Mathnasium because she enjoys it. I think most parents would agree this is unusual, but it goes to show you that this a special place if the kids love going there to learn. So we are still here and will continue to be as long as we need it and as long as my daughter enjoys it. 7 MONTHS AGO REVIEW I started my daughter there 2 years ago because her school was considering retaining her. Thanks to Mathnasium of Canton and other efforts she passed to the next grade. In addition, I like that parents can stay and watch the tutoring process if you wish. My daughter enjoys going there as well.4. Last year, my first grader was struggling in math. My sister, who has an EdD, recommended Mathnasium because she likes the curriculum and monthly progress reports. One year later, he is testing at a third grade math level. More importantly, he loves math and has gained the confidence he needs to be successful in the classroom. I highly recommend Taimur and his team!5. One year ago, my first-grader was failing math. My son, who has already been reluctant to get “extra help” recently attended the Canton location and greatly enjoyed the experience to the extent that he asked if we can keep for upcoming school year (he had sought help with SAT). We were treated very well, excellent communications and flexibility. Highly recommend!11. Best place and very willing to work with students and parents12. My daughter Jessica has been attending Mathnasium for about 1 year now. One of the reasons that I love Mathnasium is that they keep my child in the front lines in mastering mathematical concepts introduced at school. They have a well-organized curriculum that ensures every concept is covered with enough room for explanation and clarification. They also introduce my child to new topics that are not covered in school, which I think is a plus. In fact, her school math champion and she is often called upon by the teacher to assist peers. This, I think, is a plus! The fact that Taimur the manager or owner, is always available to address concerns makes me confident that the spaces are run professionally. They also have a rewards program that keeps my child motivated to work hard at achieving more for her reward. Overall, spending time at Mathnasium 1-2 hours per week has positively influenced my child’s math performance. She loves Mathnasium Canton staff and how they explain the lesson to her slowly when she is unable to understand.15. Their good nature and have dramatically improved my son’s performance in mathematics
