Customer Reviews: 1. Country Dogs has been my go-to spot for my dog's grooming and occasional day care for years. Karen is the only one who can groom my pooch, and she rocks. She's so responsive and kind. Bronx gets so anxious with grooming and nail trims, but he trusts her. That trust has helped with his anxiety so much over the years. This is the only place in the city I trust with my dog. All the others I've checked out are completely suspect.5. Country Dogs Daycare made the entire process of bringing our puppy in for the first time such a breeze!! The staff was very sweet and really reassured us that she'd be safe and have lots of fun! They were so welcoming from the moment we dropped her off. She has already made a million friends there, and we received a few updates. They don't even pick up the phone or return emails. So frustrating!8. Always feel like leaving my sweet Labrador where she is safe and happy. Drive out of my way, but it's worth it!9. Wipe open area when I stepped in so my dog wasn't crowded. There's tons of treats and accessories for sale. The groomer was very kind and told me how much my dog enjoyed the wash!10. My picky pup loves Country Dogs! She has made a lot of friends and is now always ready for a romp.11. Our puppy just got her first hair cut here and they did a great job! When I went to ask the person who greets me most mornings, he says it's up to my dog to check other dogs. They think they're vets because they babysit dogs. Imagine telling a vet tech a puncture wound is a wart? Then I went yesterday to get him, and he’s come back with a big welt on his shoulder. They will explain it away and not do their job.
