Carlin Phillips responded quickly at first and even said he would move forward with a demand letter once my unemployment claim was approved. After I provided the documents and updates he asked for, I never heard back - no response to multiple follow-ups. He went slow and never rushed us. He answered all of our questions and pointed us towards the proper legal documents that we needed. I referred my mom and she was more than happy.
