I had my ring and the setting redone (I already had the setting, I just needed my diamond to move from my old setting to my new one), and I being very particular, I ended up sending it back a few times to get everything exactly right. Every single time, they were patient, kind, responsive, and truly wanted me to love the final result. They never acted like I was an inconvenience and handled everything professionally and graciously. The craftsmanship is stunning, the communication was terrific, and their customer service is honestly outstanding. I absolutely adore my ring now and would trust them again without question. If you want quality work and to be treated like they truly care about you, it is a no-brainer to go here. Highly recommend. My husband and I have been coming here for a few years to have rings sized and to have other jewelry repaired. They even fixed a spring on a 30 year old Swiss watch I had previously been told was unfixable. My husband has also bought me a couple of gorgeous rings from them. They are highly personable and Jen is one of the friendliest and warm people you’ll ever meet. Review 4: Jennifer and Peter are awesome! Review 7: Just found out about that place today, was always going to Natick Mall to change a watch battery or resize something, that store closed so i just found out about this place which is right next to my house, the lady there was absolutely amazing and super nice and replaced batteries for 3 hand watches with a speed of a lightning. If there was 5000000000 stars to give to this place i definitely would. We had to resize a wedding band, and place beads on an engagement ring. Overall we received efficient service, competitive prices, and most importantly, fantastic results. Most honest folks I have had the pleasure of doing business with in the industry to date. After multiple jewelers, some big names in the area that I won't mention, told us we would need to completely recrown a 100+ year old estate engagement ring I got for my fiance, we decided to try one more time with Advanced Gems & Jewelry. We explained that the other stores told us they could risk cracking the diamond if they tried to tighten it, but the man behind the counter looked us dead in the eye and said "I have not cracked a stone in over 30 years of doing this". After a few minutes he came back to the front with the ring in perfect condition, saying "no charge". My fiance and I were floored at his integrity they had won a customer for life. The engagement ring was beautiful and unique, so most wedding bands didn't seem to work with it. We asked the couple at Advanced Gems & Jewelery if they could possibly work with us to make a custom band, and once again they came through for us. They worked with us closely through the process, being patient as we tried to get it exactly right. They were able to produce 3D models of both rings so we could see them together, and after a number of weeks of back and forth, with them gently guiding our process, we finally got the finished product. It was truly more amazing than the models had shown, and we are so super happy to this day. As you can tell, they are stand up folks with amazing talent, and I would recommend no other store in the area. Thank you both for all that you have done for us!!!
