The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The woman seemed like she could not be bothered to help us. She didn’t know the product and didn’t offer any suggestions based on what I was looking for- just said “this is popular” and nonchalantly handed me rings. It seemed like we were keeping her from something else. I brought my mom (as I have her diamond ring as my engagement ring that my dad purchased HERE 25 years ago) who was really struggling to stand and look over the glass. No one offered us a chair, water, anything. It was so off putting I just wanted to leave and not even try anything else on. Such a disappointment Barmakian Jewelers customer review: 5 Stars (6-9-21) My family has been clients of Barmakian for 40 years, so it meant a lot to continue that tradition when my fiancé worked with Nadia to create my engagement ring. They did an incredible job resetting my grandmother’s diamond into a stunning modern setting. We were allowed to try as many bands as we wanted and when we asked to change the previously selected band a week later Nadia was more than willing. Barmakian’s band elevated the stone, which I never could’ve imagined! They also allow you to resize after purchase if needed.
