Client Feedback Summary: Tony at CS Auto services in Leominster - easily the best experience I've had with any mechanic. Extremely thorough, honest, and took the time to explain what was going on with my car in a way that made sense to me. It’s hard to find someone that knowledgeable and that willing to be that patient and transparent. I couldn’t ask for better service. I would recommend Tony to anyone looking for a reliable mechanic! We've had Tony fixing our Cars for the past 17 years! I have referred many customers to him and none are disappointed. Tony is the man! I've been going to him for 15 years and even though I've lived in Boston for some time, it's still worth the hour+ drive to him for repairs. He is very knowledgeable and he informs you exactly what is needed after diagnosing. He shows you pictures and saves the parts. He has a lower hourly rate than most mechanics and does higher quality work. He genuinely cares and is honest and from my experience that is hard to find in a mechanic. I brought my car in thinking it was going to be a major fix and Tony identified it was loose parts most likely from a previous shop's work. Tightened everything up no charge and sent me on my way. Very nice guy, happy to have found a new auto shop! Tony is a great guy and mechanic. CS Auto is an awesome shop and Tony is the best mechanic I know. Helped fix my bumper and didn't break my savings account! Fantastic work and I highly recommend! Had a really good initial experience with tony when I had my brakes done by him. His pads are guaranteed for two years but I started having issues about 8 months later. I kept trying to get in touch with him to have him look at it again and after the fourth time of trying, I gave up. Impossible to get in touch with anyone over there or to respond to voicemails. Won't go back at this rate. He does quality service but next to impossible to schedule something. Tony is a master mechanic. I trust no one else with my car. Tony can fix anything! Tony is a fantastic and very knowledgeable mechanic. He takes his time and shows the customer what is going on with the vehicle and makes the process as easy as possible! Tony at CS auto is the person to go to! Hands down he is the best auto mechanic around! Tony takes his time with each customer and plans everything to the customers availability! Can't go wrong!
