Feedback Summary The number just hangs up on you. Theres no way to get any help for anything. (1) The company ThriveHive was my business website, email, and digital marketing provider for several years. In the last year LocaliqIQ took over ThriveHive. Since then, first the emails to my customers stopped reaching all of the recipients, then all my picture library and ability to use images for emails was gone, then my ability to email my customers disappeared completely. They changed the managing website portal and now access to MY client data and emailing ability is GONE. The website used to track who called us and record some phone conversations for training purposes. That functionality is gone. The website design portal is now barely functional. They have also started charging tax on top of my monthly fee without notice. I'm being charged more and half of my functionality previously provided is gone. I have left numerous voicemails and sent emails. They don't answer the phone and don't respond to voicemails or emails. They also don't show up to the Zoom meetings you schedule with them for support! (2) Ive been with ThriveHive for years. Recently they went through some changes and their customer service is now horrible. My website has an issue thats been outstanding for over a month. Ive only heard back if I call and they happen to answer the phone. Take your business elsewhere. (3) I have been working with Drew and ThriveHive for a few months and I have learnt a lot about marketing my business on Google my Business and other Social Media platforms. I can see how I can do this on my own in the near future and stay on top of everything without the need of hiring a number of other companies to do the same thing for me. I have liked working with Drew simply because of the team effort in building something. Hes a great pleasure to work with and extremely knowledgeable. (4) Drew, thank you sooo much for helping me build my on-line presence. Working with you was an absolute pleasure. Thank you for listening and most of all, your patience. I am not the most tech savvy and you made all of this as easy and painless as possible. I will definitely contact you for future marketing needs! (5) I had a great experience working with ThriveHive! They really know what they are doing and customer service has been a fantastic experience throughout. If you are looking to expand your brand definitely give them a try! (6) I've been working with Jaime Simmons from ThriveHive for over a year now. She is very creative and has terrific ideas for our marketing and advertising. She goes above and beyond for my business. I highly recommend hiring ThriveHive because of Jaime. (7) David is so helpful in helping me to market my business. He was patient, explained things to me in very user-friendly terms and was always easy to work with. Ever since signing up with ThriveHive 4 months ago, I've seen an uptick in new clients discovering me in my local area of Winter Park, Florida; my business, Massage or Knot, is being found by people from using all of the many tips and tools David shared with me. He even went through my social media pages and website, along with my Google My Business listing, to see what tweaks could be made. If you are a small business trying to get found by local clients or customers, I would heartily recommend using ThriveHive. (10) Working with Christopher was a productive experience beyond my expectations. His knowledge and ability to communicate is awesome. He has helped me increase my exposure on Google and was much more than I had hoped for. Thank you!! (11) Christopher helped me set up my business profile on line. We worked together for 3 months. The sessions were very informative, and he was super helpful, friendly and not at all pushy. Totally recommend ThriveHive and Christopher for sure. thank you!! He helped our business build up our online presence on Google as well as provided me with all the tools I needed to help our business stay on top of Google searches. Drew gave me insight on how to expand my online presence for my small business that helped me fine tune my marketing strategies. I highly recommend for any small business owner that is struggling with what to do and how to be found online. Drew is your guy! (14) Working with Drew at ThriveHive has made my life so much easier! He took us from having no Google Business Listing at all to having a robust profile with optimized content to make our new real estate agency more discoverable on Google. It was so helpful to have different topics to focus on each month and to have the weekly post reminders. The MyPerch App is also super handy!
