Feedback from customers: 1. I got basic IV therapy, and my arm has been sore for more than a week. The nurse also was not professional. He was focused on selling products and did not wash his hands before injecting nutrients after touching other items. I also waited about 5 minutes after the IV was done for the nurse to remove the needle. I did not feel safe or comfortable during and after this experience, and so I will not return to this place again.2. Had an appointment today !!! They canceled one hour before my appointment, and I was informed that the credit was expiring today and they said that I can no longer use them. Bad customer service. We the customer have to pay when they make a mistake or when they have an emergency that they cannot handle.3. My first ever cryotherapy session couldn't have been any better! The whole vibe was fantastic and all the guys there were very friendly and knowledgeable. Beautiful and state of the art med spa!4. I came in twice for IV therapy during a really bad case of food poisoning, the first time I have ever had it. The staff at the front desk were so attentive and accommodating. The nurses took fantastic care of me, especially the second time, I was very close to passing out and was shaking with cold. It's a stupidly expensive place to get IV, and I am not sure what my bill will be like yet, but every employee went above and beyond in my eyes. I was very impressed and will be going back!5. The 5 stars is for the staff, they deserve a raise! The facility is also great, though the feng shui is probably off. Generally a comfy and rejuvenating place when not too crowded. 3 for the designation of 'core' exchange activities, why not mhbot? And I would more likely do a leg compression if there were a massage chair for example or anything else involved. The other... 1 for the website, menus, pricing layout - I would literally redesign these for free! Please hire an ADA/UX consultant otherwise. I promise you are losing customers to this maze ;/ Hiding information makes me feel drained, not Restored
