It’s consistently packed with services and yet always clean. The staff couldn’t be better, honestly. I’ve been using The Dog Retreat and Spa for 8 years and have never had anything other than an excellent experience – this place and everyone who works in it are what keep us coming back. I could not recommend this place more. Recommendation 2: The courses the MSPCA holds here are really wonderful. We have choices in most things we do, and the people take the time to recognize that every dog is an individual. There is nothing but kindness and positivity here. The only area in which they could improve is by offering another time slot for training. I don't think training at 8/8:30 pm is too late. Recommendation 3: When we brought Theo here after emergency IVDD surgery, he had previously had backlegs paralysis. Theo was unable to walk, balance, or go to the bathroom alone once he recovered. A few months later, the rehabilitation and therapy squad at The Dog Retreat and Spa helped him move and gain confidence in his back legs.....he improved far more than we expected within a short time. They helped us correct a lot of things when we were brand news pet owners and followed our vet with constant communication and answering all our questions. All the therapists and retraining specialists deserve a heartfelt thank you. Recommendation 4: Theo had surgery for IVDD and animals retreeat and spa helped us through everything. They were able to help Theo move and gain confidence after a few months of therapy and rehabilitation. In addition, they helped us when we were overwhelmed with our responsibilities...
