They are very professional but very personable. They are great folks to work with. When someone new answers, it is not the best feeling, but Steve took our case over and was great. 9. One Star Worst attorneys ever, especially KL. Never returned calls, miss deadlines. I should have known when I found out the hourly fee. I thought was too low for an attorney and boy was I right. Save your self a headache, there are so many other better qualified attorneys out there. These guys are the worst attorneys ever. KL never returned calls and missed deadlines. The firm was originally unresponsive to my emails. However, they put Steve on my case, who was great. This shows confidence in the firm and its promise of high-quality service.
