Customer feedback summary: I want to HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I am reposting a letter of recommendation I previously wrote for Joyce. My dog (name changed to Poncho to anonymize, that's not his real name) has since passed away of old age. If I ever adopt another pet (dog or cat), it will be Joyce who I will again be grateful to have care for them... I am honored to write a letter of recommendation for Joyce Ceruti-Bailey and her Divine Guardian Pet Services. Joyce has been providing services for my dog Poncho for the past two years. I hired her as a dog walker for each weekday while I am at work. I got more than I ever hoped for. I feel like I have a partner in Joyce when it comes to Poncho – she has come to know him as an individual and understands his needs. Joyce genuinely cares about and loves my dog - his health, his happiness, and his overall well-being – and has enriched his life greatly. Joyce also does Reiki and massage for Poncho. From time-to-time, Poncho has been getting sore joints and muscles (lyme flare-up, early arthritis, etc). Recently, Poncho pulled a muscle with me on a Sunday. The following morning he could barely walk when I left for work. When I came home that afternoon, he was fully mobile, happy, and playful. Joyce had done Reiki and massage with him when she came to walk him during the day. Joyce does this often with Poncho now and it helps him tremendously. She has worked with him in training, as well as in socialization with other dogs. Before Joyce, Poncho preferred to interact with people and had minimal interest in other dogs. Now, Poncho is very social with other dogs and wants to interact with them. At the end of each visit that Joyce has with Poncho, I receive a thoughtful and informative note about Poncho's day. I find this to be valuable information (e.g. whether he peed and pooped; how he interacted with other dogs; etc.), as well as reassuring and entertaining. Every visit from Joyce includes exercise, interaction, water, tick-checks, and affection. Logistically, Joyce goes out of her way to accommodate my needs. She has come to the house on occasion when I've called her last minute because my "few hours away from the house" turns into an entire day on the weekend. She has also house-sat overnight for Poncho when I've been traveling. She has even met me near my work with Poncho when, after expressing her concern to me, we decided he should see his vet as soon as possible. Poncho is incredibly important in my life – he has been with me through thick and thin – he is my best friend and the love of my life. I trust Joyce completely with him and look forward to his time with her, because he enjoys it and his quality of life is better because of her. I am so lucky to have found Joyce and I enthusiastically and whole-heartedly recommend her.
