Drive to Shine Customer Reviews I left my Acura TL with these folks, and they didn't handle it. They were professional yet felt like they gave my car a personal touch. They made me feel that they wanted me as a loyal customer from the start to finish. They gave me rides to my house and back while working on my car. When my car was at a stop, the owner (Lau) took pictures of what he was doing. He even took a video of my car being worked on. I felt safe. Also, they put all the old parts in my trunk without me asking for it. It showed everything they did. This is what they did for me: New timing belt & water pump, replaced air conditioner compressor, rear brakes l. CV axel replacement. All job done at expected timeframes. I had a successful plugged tire. The employees were professional. But, my car was damaged. When they put my car down with the jack, they pulled off the side panel, then they punched it back in with their hand and ended up ripping it. I have uploaded pictures. Amazing work! My car looks like new. I went in for their quick wash/vacuum service and it was great. I could see the amount of effort that went in for the price, which is rare now a days. I'll continue giving them my business. The welcome and treatment of Drive shine was wonderful. They always I need do the best assistance every. I really recommend.
