This was our first time at The Dog Spaw and I recommend you book immediately. Elaine is a dream! She got us in quickly and communicated thoroughly. Our girl is a husky and the bizarre weather of late threw off her usual winter coat shedding cycle. She was a mess and needed a serious deshedding. I warned Elaine that she was very, furry, incredibly talkative, and doesn’t particularly love being brushed. Elaine didn’t blink an eye! Our girl looks beautiful and I can tell Elaine paid great attention to her. If you are looking for a groomer who will take good care of your pet—call Elaine! this was our first time for my maltese at the dog spaw. I was impressed by the cleanliness when I walked in. Most importantly the groomer did an amazing job. This is our new go to groomer !!! Our Cliffy got his first grooming at the Dog Spaw and he went from a super scruffy puppy to a handsome little boy. Thank you so much Elaine for your patience with this ball of chaos!! Excellent experience! Our boxers have never been cleaner or less stressed. Highly recommend. The shop itself is clean, the a/c was on and it was nice and cool, and the entire vibe was welcoming. Blue, my husky, strutted right in, and followed Elaine into the room. I got a call 2 hours later that Blue was all ready. I arrived to see Blue sleeping calmly in the crate, very relaxed and not stressed, nor were the other two dogs that I could see. Blue looks fantastic. I asked for de-shedding and for her back legs/butt to be cut a little shorter and it was perfect. Highly recommend! We will absolutely be back. Our Puppy been going to The Dog Spaw Grooming for well over 2 years and Elaine is gotta be the best person to take care of our little Shitzu, he’s always excited to be there and the services she provides are the best.
