Near the start, when they came to give me a quote after an ice dam took my gutter off. came to give me a quote after an ice dam took my gutter off, these are good guys. Climbed through the snow to remove pieces of the siding that were hanging off for me. Totally didn’t have to do this, but were just being kind. Rafael from TriState did a great job on my snow management part of the roof, showed up in the snow soon after I called, even in a busy time for his company and a lot of roofers after our big storm. Put in the effort and time to make sure the job was done right. He worked fast and safe and removed tons of snow about six feet from the edge of the roof all around my house. My roof still functions as it did before, and he’s a great guy with a good company. Highly recommend and would use him again. Just really nice ppl. Very glad to find a trustworthy business to help with home repairs that I can't do myself. Will definitely be a customer for life and refer to others. Thank you for the help with the fix! Tri-State did a fabulous job roofing in 2018. When I called them back out the next year due to a possible leak in my roof they came to see immediately. These days, you rarely get someone to answer that promptly on the phone and graciously do what they said they were going to do. Not only did he figure out the quick repair but he fixed a gutter that had nothing to do with it. I highly recommend Tri-State for anyone looking for a great roofer and a great neighbor.
